Randa worked in various management positions in a Fortune 100 company and knows first-hand what it is like to live in an organization and how to manage a staff on a day-to-day basis. As an internal Organizational Development Specialist, Randa worked with various teams thoughout the organization, helping them to become effective, high-impact teams.
Randa also has personal experience with private business ownership. A true entrepreneur, she started, built and sold several small businesses. Her hands-on experience includes turnkey production and management of technical, sales and product training programs, certification and testing programs, new hire orientation, and job competency analysis.
